Condominium, for no more than the average condo or house! The condos are located in Indian Rocks Beach, just
minutes from downtown Clearwater, FL.
We have 3 condos,
each with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and will sleep up 6 people.
The units have hardwood floors, granite countertops, a
washer and dryer in each unit, a fully equipped kitchen, breakfast bar, private balcony, high speed internet,
2 tvs - a plasma tv in the living room and a tv in the
master bedroom, 1 dvd-vcr combo, cable tv, unlimited local andlong distance calling,
heated pool and spa facing the Gulf, gas grill, covered parking and an elevator. The master bedroom has a king size
bed, the 2nd bedroom has a full bed and the
3rd bedroom has either
two twin beds or a sleeper sofa.

You can enjoy your own private Jacuzzi tub, located
in the master bath, so you can unwind after every lovely sunset!
Since there are only 3
units, you won't have to share
the pool and spa with numerous other guests as you would at a larger complex.
The weekly rates range from $1,300 to $3,500. Please call for the rates.
